Spanish Happy Hour

Spain is famous for Vermouth bars where olives and local vermouths are enjoyed, this gift brings an Aussie touch to that experience. Imagine snacking on premium green Manzanilla olives from Hunter providore, while enjoying an absolutely unique Rose Vermouth. Fresher and zestier than the average Rosso and aged under Flor, giving it a distinct sherry-like spin, the tincture of blood orange, cinchona, wormwood, juniper, and pepperberry leaf gives a great Aussie vermouth foundation. Perfect in a Dirty Negroni also great with a splash of Strangelove’s salted grapefruit and a slice of blood orange, or straight up as an aperitif.  To take this gift to a higher level gourmet experience (if that is possible) we have included the Blanc de Caramel traditionally stoneground chocolate designed to perfectly complement the sherry notes in the vermouth. Happy hour never tasted so good.

Outlandish Claims Rose Vermouth

It's Vermouth, but not as we know it. Thanks Bryan Martin, you've amazed us with your creativity yet again. This is a place where vermouth-nerds and sherry-nuts can unite. The base is 100% Nebbiolo, which started life as rosé and was aged under flor (like sherries from Jerez). This oxidated wine style provided the base for a tincture of blood orange, cinchona, wormwood, coriander, juniper and pepperberry leaf (enter vermouth).

This is fresher and zestier than your average rosso, so it's probably going to find it's happy home as an aperitif (with a side of manzanilla olives).
However its firm body and unfiltered nature will see it sliding into a dirty Negroni or Manhattan.

Any cocktail lover will adore this vermouth with a very unique expression and style, you won't find anything like this out there.

Premium Green Olives

Manzanillo olives originate in Spain. They can be used as either table olives or for oil, however they are best used for eating at the table as the oil yield is low. These olives were first de-bittered in brine and after a couple of months they were processed in a fresh brine and are a big favourite!
