Dry chicken with kitchen paper, then cut diagonal slashes over the smooth side
Brush the chicken on both sides with the oil, then coat all over with the spice mix. Heat a barbecue, griddle pan or grill, then cook the chicken for 5-6 mins on each side until cooked through.
You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100 mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Cajun Spice Mix and mix thoroughly.

1 kg gravy beef or chuck steak cut in small pieces
1 onion coarsely chopped
4 garlic cloves coarsely chopped
2 red chillies chopped
2 * 400 mL cans coconut milk
40 gr desiccated coconut
1 stem lemon grass, bruised.
1/3rd cup coriander leaves
30 gr spice it up! Rendang curry spice mix
1) Place beef in large saucepan add all ingredients except for coriander leaves and bring to boil.
2) Simmer for +/- 2 hours or until tender.
Serve with rice and top with fresh coriander leaves

500 grams of Chicken thigh fillet
2 table spoons of The spice Factory Smoked Peri Peri spice blend.
150 mL Thickened cream
½ Cup of Chicken stock
Marinate the chicken with 2 table spoons of The spice Factory Smoked Peri Peri spice blend.
cook it in a frying pan for 4 – 5 minutes on each side
Simmer 4 - 5 minutes
Serve with chips and salad.
