Jamaican BBQ Rub (Hot)

Ingredients:

Spices and dehydrated vegetables, sugar, salt, soy sauce powder, herbs, canola oil, citric acid (E330), paprika oleoresin.

Warning: This product contains soy. This product may contain traces of nuts.

Recipe:

Great on any meat or chicken. Rub it on to the meat and let it marinate for 20 minutes. Cook on BBQ or frying pan! Yummy!!

Make a dip out of it!!

You can use mayonnaise, natural yoghurt or some sour cream. Add some of the Spice it up! Jamaican rub and mix through thoroughly.
