Outlandish Claims Rose Vermouth

It's Vermouth, but not as we know it. Thanks Bryan Martin, you've amazed us with your creativity yet again. This is a place where vermouth-nerds and sherry-nuts can unite. The base is 100% Nebbiolo, which started life as rosé and was aged under flor (like sherries from Jerez). This oxidated wine style provided the base for a tincture of blood orange, cinchona, wormwood, coriander, juniper and pepperberry leaf (enter vermouth).

This is fresher and zestier than your average rosso, so it's probably going to find it's happy home as an aperitif (with a side of manzanilla olives).
However its firm body and unfiltered nature will see it sliding into a dirty Negroni or Manhattan.

Any cocktail lover will adore this vermouth with a very unique expression and style, you won't find anything like this out there.

De Bortoli Noble One 2019

Darren De Bortoli created Noble One in 1982, to this day it is still one of the most awarded wines in history. More than three decades after this pioneering Botrytis Semillon took the world by storm, internationally acclaimed Noble One remains the benchmark of Australian ‘Botrytis’ dessert winemaking.
A wine that can be enjoyed just on its own or with a fabulous cheese and fruit platter. But also try with freshly shucked oysters or Foie Gras.

De Bortoli Emeri Pink Moscato 200ml

A little bit frivolous and a whole lot of fun, the easy drinking Emeri sparkling is a delightful way to change the ordinary into the unexpected.

The fruit is picked and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle naturally before being filtered. The wine is cold fermented to retain fresh fruit characters.

Audrey Wilkinson Vin De Vie

Audrey Wilkinsons Vin de Vie is made every year from their Muscat block, just in front of the Cellar door at the historic Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard.

The grapes are hand harvested, crushed and pressed with the juice fortified with Brandy and SVR spirit. This is then cellared in old French oak barrels for only a few years in order to maintain freshness. When bottled, it is a blend of various vintages to achieve the ideal balance of flavour, complexity and freshness.

Enjoy now or cellar up to 10 years.

Colour: Brilliant salmon pink with red hues

Bouquet: An intensely lifted nose of fresh strawberries and cream.

Palate: The palate has sweet cherries and strawberries with a long, delicate flavour that finishes fresh and clean.
