Belvoirs world famous Elderflower Cordial, made with masses of freshly picked elderflowers, lemon juice and spring water. Made to the same family recipe from back in 1984, from an infusion of freshly picked elderflowers and lots of fresh lemon juice, this has a delicate taste and makes a wonderfully refreshing drink when mixed with still or sparkling mineral water.Belvoir Elderflower Cordial makes sensational spritzers with white wine and sparkling water, or add a dash to enliven a gin or vodka and tonic

Gartelmann Verjuice

An unfermented grape juice made from Semillon. The grapes a simply crushed, stabilised, filtered and then bottled. The end product being pure grape juice, unfermented, non-alcoholic and healthy.

Can be used in cooking for deglazing a pan, as a replacement for lemon or vinegar in recipes or as a mixer with soda water to make a refreshing drink.

Verjuice is delicate and lightly sour. Acidic but sweeter than lemon juice, verjuice has a milder quality to it compared to the tang of citrus fruit or the astringent character of fruit vinegar.

Brix Cinnamon Syrup

Made from cinnamon used to infuse the Brix Spiced Rum. Perfect for cocktails, coffee, hot chocolate & desserts. Try it as the sweetener for a spicy old fashioned cocktail, or add it into custard or whipped cream or just drizzle over your Christmas Pudding and Icecream, one of the Hunter Valley teams favourite syrups, but be warned it is addictive 200ml bottle.
