A versatile creamy pasta sauce that tastes great just from the jar or add flavour such as chicken, guanciale, sauteed mushrooms, shallots or prawns.
Ingredients: 750g sliced chicken breast, 1 jar Finn’s Kitchen Smoked Bacon & Mushroom, 300g pouring cream, 375g packet gourmet egg pasta, 100g parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Sautee sliced chicken. Add Pasta Sauce. Add cream. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over well drained egg pasta cooked al dente. Finish with freshly shaved parmesan.
