Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday during business hours. All orders will be dispatched by 2pm if order has been received before 11am on that day.. Otherwise your order will go the following business day.
Our effort to deliver within the below guidelines is always arranged with our reliable courier service. Although please be advised it is not a guaranteed service on the date requested. Couriers will not leave hampers without an adult's signature, unless authorised. So please make sure you provide an address which is attended during business hours. Where possible, please provide a contact phone number for the recipient.

Three Working Days - Regional New South Wales, Adelaide City/suburbs

Seven Working Days -Perth City/Suburbs, Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland , South Australia

Where delivery is to be made to a regional part of Australia where couriers do not go, the parcel will be sent via Australia Post. Most of the courier costs are subsidised by Hamper House in order to increase value for our customers.
***Please be mindful that ordering on a Friday to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Canberra can mean your delivery will arrive Tuesday as we prefer not to leave hampers in freight depots over the weekend. This is not the case for Newcastle deliveries.
Hunter Valley Hampers only delivers to Australian destinations.

We ship using Fastway Couriers, Australia Post and Startrak
If your delivery is to a country town or regional center, it will attract a higher delivery cost.
If you are sending your hamper to a regional destination, please select the appropriate delivery fee for your order ($30)

We ship hampers in good faith and as you will appreciate, Fastway Independent Couriers do their utmost to ensure timely delivery.
If a delivery does not for whatever reason arrive to the destination by a date requested this gives no reason to request a refund.
We prioritise our orders as per courier cut off dates. Orders to SA, WA and rural Australia are always given priority to ensure delivery before Christmas Day. Newcastle orders generally are delivered around the 22nd to the 23rd unless otherwise specified.
