Our sesame, soy and ginger dressing is big on flavour and sits naturally with warm chargrilled meats or tossed Asian greens. The nutty flavour of sesame and the fresh punch of ginger work well with crispy noodles or toasted nuts. If you think of salad as a meal rather than an accompaniment this dressing is for you.

Recipe:

Serves 4

Piri-piri chicken

Ingredients

500 grams of Chicken thigh fillet

2 table spoons of The spice Factory Smoked Peri Peri spice blend.

150 mL Thickened cream

½ Cup of Chicken stock

Method:

Marinate the chicken with 2 table spoons of The spice Factory Smoked Peri Peri spice blend.

cook it in a frying pan for 4 – 5 minutes on each side

ADD

150 mL Thickened cream

½ Cup of Chicken stock

Simmer 4 - 5 minutes

Serve with chips and salad.

Make a Dip out of it!

You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100 mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Smoked Piri Piri Spice Mix and mix thoroughly.
