The 2013 vintage was one of the Hunter Valley’s classic vintages. With very hot summer conditions flavours were concentrated. Although quality is very high, the quantity produced was very low.
This aged Semillon is a Hunter Valley Classic and although perfect to drink now, could easily be cellared for another ten years. A true Connoisseurs wine if you are looking for a special gift which is representative of the regions best, this wine is guaranteed to impress.

This Audrey Wilkinson 'The Ridge' Semillon 2013 wine has a bouquet of citrus lime and lemon, with hints of talc, making this the perfect wine for every occasion. Fresh sherbet, great minerality with delicate but powerful citrus fruit flavours.

It begins with carefully selected cocoa from the Solomon Islands, roasted and conched meticulously under the watchful eyes of our chocolate makers.

It’s the 168hrs of conching that takes this chocolate to an unparalleled level of smoothness.

Hints of brioche, cinnamon and lightly toasted oak making it appear somewhat Christmassy…

Audrey Wilkinson

2016 marks the 150th Anniversary of Audrey Wilkinson wines, one of the original producers in the Hunter Valley. The Wilkinsons were among the first to plant vines in the Pokolbin region of the Hunter Valley, and are recognized as pioneers of the Australian winemaking industry.

In 1866, the Wilkinson family acquired the present site of the Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard, and went on to enjoy great success as winemakers. Today, Audrey Wilkinson wines still have a distinctly Hunter Valley focus, with many of their wines made from vines on the original property.

In 2014, Maître Patissier, Chocolatier and Wine Connoisseur Deniz Karaca and his wife Kylie founded Cuvee Chocolate from their kitchen base, right at the fringe of the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
