Christmas BBQ Hamper

A touch of Aussie Christmas with this BBQ hamper. While some like the traditional style Christmas feast, others much prefer a relaxed and casual BBQ. We’ve covered dessert off as well with a Classic pudding log from Pudding Lane.

Traditional Classic Christmas Pudding Log

The Classic Christmas Log is made of the finest quality ingredients; 100% Australian Vine Fruits, fresh butter, fresh local Free Range eggs, fresh bread, (that we crumb) matured Brandy from the famous Barossa Valley, combine them by hand and individually weigh out each and every pudding.

INGREDIENT LISTING

Herbs and Spices, smoked flavour, salt, dehydrated vegetable.

Recipe: 

Serves 4

Piri-piri chicken

Ingredients

500 grams of Chicken thigh fillet

2 table spoons of The spice Factory Smoked Peri Peri spice blend.

150 mL Thickened cream

½ Cup of Chicken stock

Method:

Marinate the chicken with 2 table spoons of The spice Factory Smoked Peri Peri spice blend.

cook it in a frying pan for 4 – 5 minutes on each side

ADD

150 mL Thickened cream

½ Cup of Chicken stock

Simmer 4 - 5 minutes

Serve with chips and salad.

Make a Dip out of it!

You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100 mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Smoked Piri Piri Spice Mix and mix thoroughly.
