Cajun Spice Mix

Ingredients:

Paprika, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Fennel, Chilli, Basil, Thyme, Pepper, Fennel, Parsley, Cinnamon.

Warning: Product contains naturally occurring sulphites from garlic and onion. This product may contain traces of nuts.

Recipe

Cajun chicken

Ingredients

4 skinless boneless chicken breast fillet

4 teaspoons. One per breast fillet

Makes: 6 servings

Method

Dry chicken with kitchen paper, then cut diagonal slashes over the smooth side

Brush the chicken on both sides with the oil, then coat all over with the spice mix. Heat a barbecue, griddle pan or grill, then cook the chicken for 5-6 mins on each side until cooked through.

Make a Dip out of it!

You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100 mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Cajun Spice Mix and mix thoroughly.
