I have used this yummy sauce this year to produce the best pulled pork ever in my slow cooker with a jar of Smokey BBQ Sauce, 1/2 bottle of 1.25l coca cola, some garlic, tumeric, paprika and bay leaf.

Smoked Piri Piri Mild

INGREDIENT LISTING

Herbs and Spices, smoked flavour, salt, dehydrated vegetable.

Recipe:

Serves 4

Piri-piri chicken

Ingredients

500 grams of Chicken thigh fillet

2 table spoons of The spice Factory Smoked Peri Peri spice blend.

150 mL Thickened cream

½ Cup of Chicken stock

Method:

Marinate the chicken with 2 table spoons of The spice Factory Smoked Peri Peri spice blend.

cook it in a frying pan for 4 – 5 minutes on each side

ADD

150 mL Thickened cream

½ Cup of Chicken stock

Simmer 4 - 5 minutes

Serve with chips and salad.

Make a Dip out of it!

You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100 mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Smoked Piri Piri Spice Mix and mix thoroughly.
