The 2013 vintage was one of the Hunter Valley’s classic vintages. With very hot summer conditions flavours were concentrated. Although quality is very high, the quantity produced was very low.
This aged Semillon is a Hunter Valley Classic and although perfect to drink now, could easily be cellared for another ten years. A true Connoisseurs wine if you are looking for a special gift which is representative of the regions best, this wine is guaranteed to impress.
This Audrey Wilkinson ‘The Ridge’ Semillon 2013 wine has a bouquet of citrus lime and lemon, with hints of talc, making this the perfect wine for every occasion. Fresh sherbet, great minerality with delicate but powerful citrus fruit flavours.
